Our 16th Century Longhouse is split into three self-catering accommodations: The Hayloft, The Farmhouse and The Cottage with stunning views of the fells which can be enjoyed as individual lets or as a whole collection for large group getaways.

Our Off-Grid Luxury Lakehouse is a secluded lovingly restored barn conversion with its own private lake and woodland. A Five Star Rated accommodation that lets you unwind and reconnect with nature and those around you.

Explore the nearby Ribble Valley villages, filled with charm and renowned gastro pubs, with a must-visit to the Inn at Whitewell. For cycling enthusiasts, bike hire is available nearby, including Ribble Valley eBikes. Nature lovers will enjoy watching barn owls swoop through the meadows at dusk, alongside sightings of birds, hares, farm animals, and even deer. For an up-close experience, visit Woodland Alpacas in Dunsop Bridge or the Wild Boar Park, just a short drive away. Thrill-seekers can head to Inch Perfect Bike trails for an adrenaline-filled day, and by night, enjoy breathtaking stargazing in this designated dark skies area.

    We absolutely love this spot. The views from the lounge are incredible, which is so cosy in the evening with the fire on. The enclosed garden is amazing with a hot tub that must have one of the best views in the north west! Our second time here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a perfect stay.

    We stayed here for a weekend for a hen do. Wow! What a beautiful stay it was. In the most beautiful location, quiet and private. The hosts were amazing and really helpful with recommendations for local walks/activities. They also recommended a private chef which we used and it was incredible! The house itself was beautiful and exactly as it was in the pictures.

    We’ve just returned from a couple nights at Hayloft and we had such a wonderful time. Victoria & Paul are amazing hosts, really accommodating and nothing is too much for them! The cottage is lovely, has everything you need & the scenery is beautiful! The private garden with the hot tub is perfect for relaxing, we’ll definitely be back in the future!
